Lori Krupa, Vista personal injury attorney, started her legal career in 1999 after working in the banking and real estate lending industries. After graduating from Thomas Jefferson School of Law and being admitted to the California Bar, Lori worked for a mid-sized San Diego insurance defense firm. Under the esteemed lawyers of this firm, Lori’s typical case load included defending individual insureds in catastrophic personal injury lawsuits and defending employers from claims such as sexual harassment, retaliation and ADA litigation. Lori also had the opportunity to assert a catastrophic personal injury/workers compensation case against several national and international companies which resulted in over a million dollar verdict for the plaintiff.
In 2003, Lori expanded her skills with another San Diego firm where she continued to work on personal injury cases only this time from the injured victim’s perspective. Lori enjoyed this change and liked helping people regain their lives after suffering personal injuries from car accidents, slip and fall and dog bite injuries. Lori also expanded her practice into both business and probate litigation including defending many San Diego companies in breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties, involuntary dissolution and failure to account cases.
In 2007 Lori and Marc Geffen opened Geffen Krupa LLP where Lori continued to develop her skills litigating personal injury and probate litigation cases. Lori has represented many clients who have obtained significant personal injury awards and she has enjoyed helping her clients stand up for their rights. Lori has also successfully defended and asserted numerous probate litigation matters. She attributes her success on all of her cases to her diligence and attention to detail.
In 2012 Lori started The Krupa Law Group.
